Stillness allows you to subtract yourself from the noise of life and allow yourself to honor what you are feeling and to also be filled up by the Holy Spirit. Rest in the presence of the Lord, Meditate in his word! Life is better when you trust the Lord and when you are connected to him. Overthinking will not help you figure out the answers to your life, the answers come from a surrendering spirit. Do everything with faith, hope, righteousness, and STILLNESS. Surrender and LET GO!
